I am an expert in the field of strategy development and organizational transformation in the sector of privately owned companies. I possess transversal competencies regarding the preparation and implementation of cross-border merger and acquisition processes and commercial due diligence examinations in the framework of capital investments made by Polish companies in the DACH region’s countries.

My experience

I used to work as a consultant at German branches of McKinsey & Company and at the Swiss investment bank Quirin Bank in Berlin. For four years, I have been advising the young generation of owners at family businesses and at dynamically developing IT companies in their professional foreign expansion to German speaking countries and in raising the quality of management in their organizations.

My education

I graduated from the Freie Universität in Berlin. Complementing my professional work, as part of my international doctoral studies, I research the success factors of cross-border M&A processes. My goal is to transfer the practical acqusition experiences of mature family-owned companies from German speaking countries to the dynamically developing M&A market in Poland.
